Level 1 - Monitoring
With our Monitoring plan, you can rest assured that if a problem is detected we’ll make you aware of it. Our automated monitoring systems cover servers, applications, network devices, firewalls, storage systems and much more. Vendor specific knowledge has been leveraged to create alert rules and thresholds to be sure you are alerted to problems before they affect your business.
Level 2 - Remediation
Our Remediation plan goes further, with unlimited phone support and patch management. Our on call staff, available 24 hours each and every day, will receive all alerts and take appropriate action. Actions include restarting services, freeing up disk space, rerunning a failed SQL server job, or calling a vendor to arrange for replacement hardware.
Level 3 - Managing
And with the Managing plan, we can maintain your entire IT environment, including external security scans and monthly analysis & reporting. We will go beyond responding to alerts and take responsibility for managing your systems and application's security, availability and performance.
