One small installation on an internal system is all that is necessary to enable the significant features and capabilities of Vigilant24™.  Performance and event data is collected from servers, applications, firewalls, storage systems, network devices, virtual servers, desktops, and printers - virtually any network connected devices.  This data is saved to the "cloud" where it is used to send alert notifications, provide web based access, and generated operational and management reports.

 

The unique design of this software provides a secure and flexible method of remote access that can be used by technical resources for remediation tasks. In addition some remediation tasks can be automated through the use of action scripts.
